Payments and delivery
Payment methods
You can make a payment in one of the following ways.
- Payment by invoice. After placing your order, you will receive a quote or invoice as an email attachment, clearly showing the payment details and reference number. As most of our products are made to order, the delivery time runs from receipt of your payment into our account.
- Payment on delivery. You pay the courier directly when you receive the parcel.
- Credit card payment. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, and Maestro.
- Payment via PayPal. At the end of the ordering process, you are redirected to the PayPal system, where you will be able to make the payment.
Delivery
We ship via Pošta Slovenije and the GLS courier service. The shipping price is €2.50 by pro-forma invoice, credit card or PayPal. Cash on delivery is subject to an additional fee of €2.
The delivery time of the ordered goods is displayed alongside each item (5-10 days).
We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
Ordered goods may be collected at the company’s premises, Pod javori 6, 1218 Komenda, any working day, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 2.30 pm.
